Bluey - Mums and Dads

During a game of "Mums and Dads," Rusty and Indy clash over which parent should be employed, causing them to split up and play on their own. However, upon discovering that their peers have varied opinions on the game's dynamics, the duo reunites to play together once more.

After Indy and Rusty made amends, they started playing a game of Mums and Dads with Polly in the Glasshouse Primary School compound. The game was going smoothly until they had to decide who would go to work. Indy thought mums should go to work, while dads should stay home and mow the lawn. Rusty disagreed, saying mums should stay home and take care of the kids. They couldn’t come to an agreement, and Calypso intervened before things escalated further. Indy got frustrated and said she never wanted to play Mums and Dads with Rusty again.

Indy walked over to the sandpit, where Mackenzie was busy digging a hole with his bare paws. She tried to find someone else to play with and asked Snickers, but he got tagged by Coco. Then she asked Winton, who agreed to play. Indy went off to “work,” but Winton soon returned with Polly. However, it became clear that Winton wasn’t taking any initiative and was just waiting for Indy to tell him what to do. Indy got fed up and handed Polly over to one of the Terriers, who were about to storm a castle where Pretzel, Chloe, Honey, and Gruber were playing. The Terriers charged in, with one of them swordfighting Pretzel while carrying Polly in a papoose. Moments later, that same terrier crashed into the blocks that served as Indy’s laptop.

Meanwhile, Rusty asked Bluey if she wanted to play Mums and Dads, but she took the game a bit too literally. She treated Rusty like a real baby, putting him in a cradle and giving him a pacifier. Rusty tried to protest, but Bluey was determined to care for her “baby.” She even gave him a nappy change and fed him. When Bluey took Rusty outside, he saw his chance and made a run for it, with Bluey chasing after him. Indy, who had Polly again, encountered Rusty running away from Bluey and suggested they hide in the sandpit, which now had seven holes dug by Mackenzie. Later, Indy and Rusty made up, and they came up with a new idea – it was the weekend, so they didn’t have to worry about going to work. However, their fun was short-lived, as the sink broke again, and Rusty had to fix it.
