Bluey and Bingo are in the middle of a game of Doctor’s Office, with Bingo taking on the role of doctor and Bluey acting as receptionist. Honey comes in as a patient, but she’s having trouble deciding on an ailment. After some thought, she settles on a bumped knee. However, Doctor Bingo isn’t too impressed with such a ordinary injury. Just then, Lucky bursts in with a stuffed crocodile attached to his head, and Doctor Bingo quickly takes him to the playhouse for treatment, leaving Honey to wait.
As Honey waits, a string of patients with more dramatic injuries arrive one after another. Snickers comes in after cuddling a cactus, Indy’s arms have fallen off, Coco has been bitten by seven scorpions, and Rusty has swallowed a hippopotamus – which now causes him to burp up baby hippos. With Snickers and Rusty being seen before her, Honey starts to feel like her problem is insignificant. She exclaims, “Everyone’s problem is a real pickle, except mine.” Bluey tries to lift her spirits by sitting with her, and Honey manages to make Bluey laugh. This cheers her up, and Bluey encourages her to do something else funny.
Honey gets up in front of Bluey, Indy, and Coco, and performs an optical illusion where her tail appears to stand still while her body “wags”. Doctor Bingo is impressed, declaring this to be the biggest pickle she’s ever seen, and calls Honey back to the office. The episode ends with Bandit, covered in bandages and plush snakes, asking how much longer the doctor will be, as he waits for his turn.
