The family starts playing a game of ‘Zoos’ on the deck. Lady Gaberdeen, also known as Chilli, and Snowdrop the Toddler, also known as Bingo, meet up with Zookeeper Bluey. Their first stop is to visit a gentle giraffe who is extremely friendly – “How deeeeelightful!” They also visit a pademelon, who is not a kangaroo, and he’s also very friendly.
Zookeeper Bluey warns them that the next animal they’ll meet is not friendly at all. It’s the Big Stinky Baboon, also known as Bandit, who is reading the paper. He blows a raspberry at them and then lies down for a nap, saying “monkey sleep!!!”. Zookeeper Bluey tries to get his attention with a pool noodle, but the baboon grabs it to scratch his “botbot”. Meanwhile, Bluey and Mum move on to look at the kookaburras, only to realize that Snowdrop is missing. She’s actually gone into the baboons’ enclosure, which prompts Bluey to get out the hose to defuse the situation. However, the baboon jumps over the fence with Snowdrop and escapes into the house.
Bluey chases after them in the push car, trying to reassure Mum that everything is under control. The baboon, now nicknamed “Ooh Ooh”, and Snowdrop hide in the pantry, playing games and eating cookies. Zookeeper Bluey sets a trap using a banana to catch the baboon, and it works – Baboon Dad falls for the trick and is tickled into submission, falling asleep. Snowdrop is sad to see her new friend “Ooh Ooh” caught, but later, as she’s being put to bed, the baboon appears at the window and gives her a hug, with Zookeeper Bluey’s help.
