Bluey, Bingo, and Chilli are outside playing with hand puppets. Bluey tells Chilli she’s no fun because Chilli wants to find a safe and warm place to sleep. Bingo says she can lead them to the perfect spot with the softest, warmest beds in the world, which she claims are in the Blue Mountains – actually, Bandit in a sleeping position.
As they climb up the Blue Mountains, Chilli gets worried about the danger, but after sliding down a hill, she starts to enjoy the adventure. Then, a big blue wall – Bandit’s arms – blocks their way, and they need to find the secret tickly spot to make it disappear. When they scratch the spot, Bandit bursts out laughing and drops his arms, letting the girls and Bingo run through. Chilli realizes she’s having fun once she relaxes.
A “kindly fox” – actually Bandit – appears and promises to take them to the softest, warmest beds. Bluey is suspicious of the fox, but Chilli trusts him. They arrive at a stinky cave – Bandit’s open mouth – and the fox’s voice sounds different. Chilli runs in and gets stuck, getting licked all over. Bluey confronts the fox and plugs his nose, which makes him blow Chilli out of his mouth. After they’re all safe again, they find the softest, warmest beds – Bandit’s ears, complete with lots of wax.
