The episode starts with Bandit in the garden, all set for a workout. He straps on his timer and heads to grab the weights, but Bingo has other plans – she’s using them as a pretend steering wheel to “drive to work”. Bandit decides to use the mat instead, but Bluey has claimed it as her bed. He lets out a sigh, knowing this isn’t going to go as planned.
Bingo gets out of her play car and meets Bluey at an imaginary door, where she introduces herself as Larn. The two girls take a tour of the “workplace”, showing each other around. Meanwhile, Bandit starts exercising, doing squats, but the girls interrupt him, using him as a “lift”. He picks up Bluey, then both girls, but can’t hold them for long and ends up collapsing onto the mat with them. Next, Bandit tries using his weights while lying down, but the girls turn this into a game, using the weights as a spinny chair. Bandit does 20 star jumps, then wraps Larn in the mat and hands her back to Bluey. After that, he does sit-ups with the girls standing on his feet to balance him.
The girls decide to play Ping-Pong, using Bandit as the ball, which ends with him landing in the bushes. Exhausted, Bandit lies down, but Larn sees this as a chance to use her “chair” again. She sits at her “desk” but realizes she doesn’t know what her job is. Bluey convinces her to ditch work and go to the funfair instead. Bandit finally gets a break, but it’s short-lived, as the girls return and he becomes a human ride, throwing them, swinging them, and lifting them high. After all that, he’s worn out, but the girls rush back to “work”, and he has to become the lift again. Just as Larn apologizes for not going to the fun park sooner, the lift “fails” and they all fall to the floor. As Bandit cools down, Larn asks about her job, and Bluey reveals it’s just holding Bandit’s leg up. But then Chilli interrupts, and Larn’s new job becomes tickling her. As the scene wraps up, Bandit heads off to work, giving Bluey a pat on the head. The episode ends with a visit to the doctor’s office, where Bandit gets his blood pressure checked and jokes that the gym has been coming to him, as he strokes Bluey’s head, her tail wagging away.
