In the Heeler house, Bandit and Bluey are engaged in a game of snap. Bandit emerges victorious, leaving Bluey dismayed. He attributes her loss to being “too slow.” Bingo chimes in, reminding Bandit that Bluey often wins. Chilli suggests that Bandit should let Bluey win, considering her age, but Bandit disagrees, believing that if he lets her win, she’ll stop trying to improve. Chilli proposes a game of memory snap instead, but Bandit admits he hates it because he always loses. He wins another round of snap, prompting Bluey to groan. Bandit gets up from the floor and starts mimicking a goose, claiming to be like a mongoose, which Chilli playfully confirms.
The family heads to the backyard, where an obstacle course has been set up. Bingo tries to navigate the yoga ball but fails. Bluey completes a lap, and Bandit appears, asking if anyone has seen his yoga ball. Bluey explains that they’ve set up an obstacle course, and Bingo invites Bandit to join in. Despite Chilli’s reminder that not every game needs to be a competition, Bandit challenges the girls to a race, with the winner earning sherbet. Bluey and Bingo are excited, and the race begins. Bandit takes the lead and wins consistently, leaving Bluey and Bingo feeling despondent. Chilli suggests they focus on having fun, but Bluey wants a rematch, asking Chilli for help to beat Bandit. Chilli agrees, noting that Bandit won’t let them win easily. Bluey comes up with a plan to cheat, and with Bingo’s help, they rearrange the obstacle course. The new race begins, and Bluey’s cheating pays off as she dominates the race and wins some sherbet. However, she’s not pleased with the unfair advantage.
Bandit returns to the house, sarcastically congratulating Bluey on her win. Bluey watches him leave, looking unhappy. Chilli asks if the sherbet doesn’t taste sweet, and Bluey replies that it doesn’t. Bingo chimes in that sherbet is supposed to be sour. Bluey expresses her desire to win against Bandit fairly, and Chilli smiles in agreement. With Chilli and Bingo’s help, Bluey practices and proclaims she’ll run as fast as a “greyhound.” She is able to round all the obstacles and find a clear time and route to beat Bandit efficiently. The rematch begins, and after apologizing for cheating earlier, Bluey gets a head start and consistently passes the yoga ball. Bandit is astonished and asks Bluey how she’s able to pass through quickly. As Bluey approaches the finish line, Bandit yanks her away and crosses it himself. Chilli and Bingo call out Bandit for his hypocrisy, and he shrugs it off. Chilli scolds him, saying the “mongoose couldn’t handle losing to a child.” Bingo gives Bandit a “zero” for cheating. Bandit offers a rematch, and Bluey accepts, choosing to play a game of memory snap, which she easily wins.
