The episode begins with Bandit driving his family to a hotel, where Bluey and Bingo are enthusiastically singing “Five Little Men in a Flying Saucer” in the car. Upon arrival, they jump out of the car, and Bandit declares, “Let the holiday begin!” The kids cheer, and Chilli starts unloading their belongings from the car, expressing her eagerness to start relaxing at the beach.
As they head to their hotel suite, Chilli presses the elevator button, urging the kids to hurry up. Bluey and Bingo run into the elevator, with Bingo going under the “swingy bar” and Bluey playing with the buttons. Chilli cautions Bingo to be careful, and Bluey asks which button to press, eventually pressing the correct one, number 5. Chilli then realizes she forgot the aftersun and groans, but Bandit tells her to relax. The kids notice Chilli’s book and ask about it, with Chilli explaining it’s about being happy. Bingo chimes in, saying it’s easy to be happy, and they all share a laugh.
As they enter their hotel suite, the kids are thrilled to find bunk beds and a bar of soap on their pillows. They giggle and play, pretending the safe is an oven and wrapping towels around their waists like mermaids. Bingo “cooks a pie” with the soap. Chilli reminds them to put on sunscreen, and they head to the bathroom, where they find a toilet with a band on it, prompting them to congratulate the toilet on winning a prize. They then find another toilet and rip the band, squealing with excitement. After a fun-filled bubble bath, courtesy of Bandit’s persuasion, Chilli decides to head to the beach alone, while the kids enjoy their bath.
Later, Chilli tries to relax on the beach, reading her book, but eventually decides to take Bandit’s advice and learn from the kids, who are experts at having fun. The episode ends with Chilli relaxing on the balcony with Bluey and Bingo, enjoying the view and laughing together. Bluey spots a chair and pulls the lever, knocking Bingo to the ground, and they all continue to have fun together.
