The Heelers are out for lunch at a local restaurant, where Bingo’s crayons go flying to the ground. She ducks under the table to pick them up, but when she returns, she’s upset to find that Bandit has taken her last chip. Chilli thought Bingo was done eating, but Bingo insists she was saving it. To make up for the mishap, Chilli and Bandit offer to let Bingo name her price. Bluey suggests a game of Dance Mode, where people have to dance on command. Bandit explains that Bingo only gets to use this power three times.
As they cross the road to the “green-dog,” a car blasts loud music, and Bingo decides to use her first Dance Mode on Chilli. Chilli dances her way across the road, entertaining the people in the surrounding cars. Later, at the post office, Bingo is hesitant to use her next Dance Mode, but Chilli finds a musical greeting card and begs Bingo to use it on Bandit. Bingo agrees, and Bandit breaks into ridiculous dance moves, much to the dismay of the postal workers. Just as Bingo is about to use her last Dance Mode on the street, they come across a busker playing a thongophone. However, Bandit offers Bingo $20 to use the Dance Mode on him instead, which Chilli thinks is not a great parenting move.
As they walk to the car, Bingo looks unhappy, but Bluey is thrilled with a new “yes/no” button she’s convinced Bingo to buy. After some questioning, they realize that Bingo has been saying yes all day just to be polite, even when she meant to say no. Bluey, Chilli, and Bandit apologize to Bingo for taking away her decisions. To make it up to her, they all agree to be put in Dance Mode and have a fun dance party with the street busker. Bandit even busts out some impressive moves, including the worm, robot dancing, and kung-fu moves, and they all have a great time together.
