Bandit is driving to the supermarket with Bluey and Bingo when they start talking about who’s the favorite. Bandit tells them that parents don’t have favorites, and they can’t pick just one, even if they can be a bit cheeky at times. The girls then decide to play a game of “Kids” where Bluey is the mom, Bingo is “Snowdrop” the toddler, and Bandit is “Diddums” the older brother.
As they run around the supermarket, Diddums fills his little trolley with vegetables, and Mom Bluey fills hers with things that Snowdrop wants. They meet Bandit’s friend Rocko, who joins in on the fun. Snowdrop throws some chips on the floor and blames Diddums, so Mom Bluey scolds him, calling him a “very naughty boy”. Diddums decides to live up to his new title and steals the trolley, filling it with healthy foods like flaxseed and sugar-free chocolate. Mom Bluey threatens to give him a time-out, counting “1, 2, 2 and a half…”, before dragging him away to sit on a toilet paper chair.
Diddums complains that it’s not fair, since Snowdrop seems to get away with everything. Mom Bluey slips up and says that Snowdrop is her favorite, which makes Diddums sulk. But then Snowdrop throws a big tantrum, and Mom Bluey realizes she made a mistake by playing favorites. She apologizes to Diddums and they make up. After that, Diddums helps with the real shopping, and Mom Bluey disciplines Snowdrop when she misbehaves. At the checkout, Mom Bluey accidentally calls Diddums her favorite again, but then corrects herself, saying that she loves both of her kids equally – even when Snowdrop starts playing with a celery boat on the conveyor belt.
