The Heeler family headed out to dinner at a café, where Bluey and Bingo stumbled upon a claw machine called Plush Galaxy. The machine was filled with teddies, plushies, and a box of chocolate biscuits, which immediately caught their attention. Bingo asked Bandit for a coin, and as she inserted it into the machine, the claw started moving to music. Bluey took control, moving the claw left and right, trying to aim for the box of chocolate biscuits. When she thought she had the perfect aim, she pressed the button, and she and Bingo watched as the claw attempted to grab the box. However, the claw’s grip was too weak, and the box fell off, causing the machine to shut down.
On the way home, Bluey was upset, and Bingo was disappointed. Bandit tried to console them, saying that it wouldn’t be fun if they won all the time, but Bluey wasn’t having it. When they got home, Chilli came up with an idea to create a makeshift claw machine using a chopstick and a pile of toys. She asked Bluey and Bingo to give her some toys and a chopstick, and then she activated her “claw machine mode.” Bluey inserted an imaginary coin, moved the chopstick, and pressed Chilli’s knee, which made Chilli throw a plush and a teddy for the girls. However, Bluey said it wasn’t the same as the real thing. When it was Bandit’s turn to be the claw machine, he asked for real coins, and Chilli offered to reward the girls with coins if they made her and Bandit’s bed neat. After completing the task, Chilli gave them 20 cents, which Bingo used to play the game. Bandit teased them by dropping the toy they had won, and then he announced a losing ceremony, which made Bingo very sad.
The girls decided to earn more coins by doing chores, with Bingo watering the plant and Bluey dusting the cupboard. With their new coins, they got to play the game again, and this time, they won a star ball and Grey Dancer. Bandit announced a winning ceremony, and then he played an attract mode, announcing a special prize: a block that said 2 bottomless bowls of ice cream. Bluey was determined to win the prize and gave Bandit Grey Dancer in exchange for a coin. She inserted the coin, aimed for the prize, and Bandit’s hand grabbed it. However, he teased the girls that the prize was too heavy, prompting Bluey to tickle him. In the end, Bluey got the special prize, and Bingo got Grey Dancer. After a fun-filled evening, the family had dinner together, and as they enjoyed their ice cream, Chilli asked if anyone had learned a lesson that day. Bluey and Bingo replied, “nope,” but Bandit just smiled, saying, “These kids are awesome.”
