Bluey and Bingo are excited to video chat with their cousins, Muffin and Socks. Chilli agrees to let them have a session, but warns Bluey not to hog the tablet. When they connect with their cousins, it becomes clear that Muffin is the one doing the hogging, refusing to let Socks have a turn and even telling her “Socks, Stop hogging!” despite being the one guilty of it. Trixie is busy and can’t intervene, but Stripe is keeping an eye on things from the couch. He sets a timer on his phone to ensure Socks gets a turn, and when it goes off, he threatens to end the call if Muffin doesn’t hand over the tablet.
Muffin refuses to give up the tablet, wanting to finish her cowboy hat, and Stripe has to physically take her away and give her a timeout. However, Muffin manages to grab Stripe’s phone and sneak back into the call. This leads to a chaotic chase, with Stripe pursuing Muffin around the house. At one point, Muffin hides under a bed and starts drawing again, and Bluey points out that Muffin still has her ukelele. Stripe tries to track Muffin down, but she uses a gorilla filter to distract him, and then screams loudly to escape again. Bandit walks in on the commotion and comments that it’s a “classic Stripe” situation.
The chase continues, with Muffin eventually wrestling the phone away from Stripe in the bathroom. As Stripe and Trixie argue about their respective ways of being a parent, Bandit suggests that Bluey and Bingo mute the call, which they do after a brief struggle. Stripe and Trixie eventually come to an agreement and work together to catch Muffin. They set a trap, but Muffin outsmarts them – until she trips on a toy bone and Stripe’s phone goes flying into the pool. Muffin ends up in timeout, but the chaos has given Socks time to finish her drawing, which features a crown, flowers, and a sunny sky. Bluey reflects on what happened and decides to let Bingo have a turn, saying “because we know what happens when you hog.”
